As our Moregeous trannies go, this is one of my favourites 🙂
Hard to believe it’s the same room really! This one of of my rental flats which when I bought it was in a dire state, so it was completely ripped out, including all the ceilings, then newly Knauf plasterboarded to the underside of the roof (after Kingspan insulating of course!)
The stud wall in the before image below to the right was removed as it housed the bathroom (which was moved), and a new Velux window put in, which floods the new bedroom with light.
It’s the same room, just dressed for two different shoots, one being 25 Beautiful Homes, quite a coup for a rental flat!

Floorboards – got local timber merchant to have them made, 9″ wide pine, grooved on the rear to stop warping
