It’s vital if you are renovating, developing or redesigning to get good ‘before’ pictures for every room, and from different angles. You never know when they will come in handy – to show clients, to show the bank if you are looking at financing and they want to see what you can do, to get magazine articles placed.. etc.
A journalist I know is looking to do a kitchen article so her photographer came to do some spec shots yesterday at a client’s house I’ve redesigned. If I hadn’t had before shots, they wouldn’t have been able to even consider it….
