In a bit of a change from the landlord norm today I got together with Jonathan, a fellow property maniac who I met through Channel M. He runs a letting agency, and an agony uncle website called http://www.dearjonny.co.uk/, and has done some filming with me for Homesmine.
He is very funny, great fun to work with, and we’ve bounced some good ideas around. He’s just got himself listed with me on Claire Richards http://www.findatvexpert.com/, as a Gay Estate Agent – can I add that is not the heading I am under 🙂 Anyway back to the point; he and I have set up a new venture called Merge to Move where we help singles or families who are moving in together, merging their two homes to become one. Our web-site will be up and running properly by the end of the weekend, all comments gratefully received 🙂
A kind of smoothing out the problems for people before they become problems – calming the waters after she has said she is going to burn his favourite lazy recliner before it gets through the door of their new home, that kind of thing.
And lo and behold we have interest from several production companies who think it would make a great TV series! We are busy getting together details and case studies and who knows where it may lead….
