Jazzing up a tired old rental flat Moregeous style
This was a super speedy update and turnaround needed for a very dated landlord rental flat. Ballpark spend £400 on redecoration, painting the battered laminate floor, new lights for de-studentification, fresh Ikea window blinds and vibrant accessories. The apartment (which had stuck for a few weeks without interest) let within 48hrs.
