This top floor flat had been a very small studio, cramped and cluttered. By opening up the none load bearing walls, inserting a dividing stud and a dormer, I was able to create a one bed apartment, adding value and also more importantly, style!
The views are just lovely from this flat, to say it’s city centre – all a bit Mary Poppins with tiled roofs and tree tops, so that was reflected back in the interior decor.

The walnut door looks quite fancy with its steel kick plate, but this was a necessary addition as they made all the doors too short!!!
