Decorex International 2011 was the perfect escape for anyone getting the autumn blues this past few days, as what with the champagne bar, free Mohitos and riot of bright colours on every other stand, you were guaranteed to be cheered up within minutes of entering the technicoloured halls! Interesting to see colour continuing to be so vibrant in interiors and design, this was obvious at Tent and 100% back in 2009 – https://moregeous.wordpress.com/2009/11/05/firework-rainbow-from-london-design-festival-2009/, and again at Grand Designs Live earlier this year – https://moregeous.wordpress.com/2011/05/07/grand-designs-live-2011-an-explosion-of-colour/ although the used of single colour blocking was more prevalent at both previous shows.
Noticeably more pattern and mixtures of colours here at Decorex – loving that development.
