I don’t envy this part of your job! They take forever, that dust residue is a pain to completely wash off and after they’re rehung usually show some mess anyway.
Yes, I am heading over to the tenants flat bearing a gift – a new pack of cotton wool pads as I used up all of hers wiping each slat clean. Sooooooo annoying. Its wood all the way from now on, at least they don’t bend when you wipe them!
