He’s a brave man, Jan Cron of Tailored Chefs, taking up the challenge of cooking a luxury Autumn barbecue for 30 people at what most people would consider a building site. But that’s all part of the fun right? Getting a sneaky peek at how far we’ve come on our Manchester self-build and being here at the first of what I very much plan on being a long list of fun, innovative, experimental and exciting events.
Here’s the menu:
Wood Smoked Steak, King Prawns in Chilli and Garlic Butter, Piri Piri Chicken, Local Handmade Sausages with Caramelised Onion
Halloumi and Red Pepper Skewers, Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes, Baby Leaf and AutumnS Vegetable Salad, Spiced Cashew Coleslaw, Tabouleh, Selection of Crusty Breads
Double Chocolate Brownie, Crème Chantilly, Fresh Fruit and Mint Salad
And all for £22 plus a small Eventbrite booking fee – bargainous!
