London Design Festival 2011 – Day 1, a few of my favourite images

Hello to LDF11!

As London Design Festival 2011 begins, so does a design fest of Moregeous blog posts. We’ve done 100%, Tent at the Truman, Designersblock, much of what Design East had to offer, the Icon Trail & St Paul’s Cathedral, with just The Dock and Decorex to go, phewf! It’s been inspiring, entertaining, interesting and hectic so far and as I’m also shoehorning in a vintage style hen party in London tonight, there’s little time to write a ‘proper’ blog post on emerging trends, differences with past years and my favourite finds. So for now, I’ll post a few close up shots taken over the past couple of days, shots which capture my LDF11. Part 1 today, Part 2 tomorrow, before the full on blogging commences next week 🙂

Wood, wood and more wood...
