How? How did he make this decision? Did he think it would look more attractive if we could see the screw heads, quite apart from the fact that you have to turn your hand upside down to grasp the handle?! This is the reason why project managers have to visit sites regularly 😉
Ugly House Special #1
Built 2010/11 and it's a beauty. Plastic windows with weird vertical & horizontal detailing, gaudy red brick, a pitifully attempt at detail with some random waves, silly stone work, a dormer above the front doors. Ahhhhh, the front doors, They blend, don't you think. Really work with the Manchester vernacular, especially with that stylish security... Continue Reading →
Baskets of delights from Chloe Alberry – who needs a sweet shop?!

Here are just some of the images we... Continue Reading →

Never having visited Decorex International before, I was intrigued as to what to expect and had pretty much convinced myself it would be extremely high end, mostly unaffordable & full of posh ladies - not exactly my cup of tea! With a vintage style hen night to attend on the Saturday after my annual visit to... Continue Reading →
London Design Festival 2011 and a special love letter
I've always done 100% Design, Tent London, Designersblock and more recently the cohesive London Design Festival on my own, armed with notebook, pen, camera and more recently iPhone. On my own and without hindrance or help. And coped admirably. However this year was different, as with an excess time, a hen party, a steppy at... Continue Reading →
